I made sure to get the wheels into a higher offset to push it out with a 12MM Hub Centric spacer + Hub Centric Ring + ARP extended lugs to get the fitment and minimum reccomended brake clearance I wanted/needed for my front 18' Lexus 3IS.
Lots of measurements was Involved and took me at least 3 months before I was comfortable to make my wheel purchase 😅

Oh my goodness this was so relevant to me. I am looking to get new wheels with a deep lip, my first wheels actually, but I have big Brembos and I am dreading getting the wheels and then they don't fit. However, you mentioning that the wheel manufacturer has the specs as well as the documentation by Brembo has my nerves calmed down.

Not always true. I have 10mm less that stock and the wheels I got to replace for my winter setup through F.I. didn't clear big brakes. They barely clear my stock ones. But they are actually for a big brake, because the spokes are cut close around the hub with the smaller rotor. Once I put a bigger rotor on with the big brakes, it cleared easily.
