El Tri has 52 years playing rock music and in many of their songs are critics of the bad government we had (and still we have). Try to listen the original songs. That was an special concert celebrating 30 years of career in the National Auditorium in Mexico City with a Philharmonic Orchestra. The album is called "El Tri Sinfónico ". Regards form Mexico.
I saw el Tri, in Denver Colorado in mid 90s, and been a fan ever since. ALEX LORA IS absolutely a Brilliant Master Musician. 🌟🌟🌟 🌟🌟🌟Que Viva El TRI🇺🇸🇲🇽🇺🇸🇲🇽🇺🇸
Fun fact: this band is basically the Mexican Rolling Stones.... They're been around since the late 60's. Started writing songs in English and were called "Three Souls In My Mind". After conflict between band members, founder and vocals Alejandro (Alex) Lora, kept going under the moniker fans referred to the band: "El Tri" (Short for three souls in my mind), and going string till the 2000's. Mia and Juliet I do recommend also from this concert the song: "El Niño Sin Amor" (Loveless Child), a song about street homeless children. Is a heart touching one and with the orchestra and violin I does tear me up.
I'm from Mexico, and all the Mexicans we know the best mexican rock band they're called "Caifanes" I really recommend you to listen them "Los Dioses Ocultos" I know you'll like it. 🇲🇽
