Hi everyone! Today I offer you 3 delicious and easy to prepare grated eggplant recipes! The first recipe is delicious eggplant fritters that are quick to make. A few simple ingredients are enough to prepare these delicious pancakes! They are ideal for an aperitif or appetizer. The second recipe is a delicious flan of grated aubergines with ham and cheese. Perfect flan for lunch or dinner for the whole family. Delicious and very satisfying recipe! The third recipe is delicious aubergine fritters in white wine. I often make them for my friends and they never leave a piece! Pancakes that everyone likes! If you make them for the children, just replace the wine with water! Ingredients:
- 1 eggplant
- 2 eggs
- 150 g of flour
- Parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
For the sauce:
- 3 spoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- 1 shallot
- 1 teaspoon of capers
Recipe N2
Ingredients:
- 2 eggplants
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of tomato puree
- 150 g of pecorino or other cheese
- 3 slices of cooked ham
- 100 g of wheat flour
- Parsley
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Recipe N3
Ingredients:
- 1 eggplant
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 egg
- Half a glass of white wine
- 150 g of wheat flour
- A few basil leaves
- Fry oil
- Salt and pepper
For the sauce:
- 1 pot of yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- Basil
- Pepper
