And when I saw he had, I got as close to my car as I could. Puff, a 2-second delay, and oh my gosh the boom and red and green stars bouncing off/under the car and house. Lesson learned...just because you've got enthusiastic guests doesn't mean they should be unsupervised! 40' away...it was a heck of a boom!
Can you try this with a consumer canister shell to compare, I know that flash powder is classified as a high explosive, but a consumer canister shell or even a good consumer ball shell can still damage your hand to the point of surgery. There is already a danger of losing hands to the public, The function changes the game a little from large firecrackers to aerials, no firework in hand, you keep your hands, (And maybe your hearing and/or eyes) I’ve seen TH-cam videos of people throwing consumer canister/ ball shells, and added with the risk of losing a hand, there’s stars flying everywhere, presenting more fire hazard, but all of this could be avoided by using the tube and loading them up. What do you think about this? And yes, there is 1.4 pro, but from what I’ve heard, that’s expensive.
Could you please explain what’s different in that “salute” and an artillery shell you buy at a tent or stand? I don’t know the difference but that seemed much more powerful than what I can get here in kansas.
An artillery shell or “canister shell” in the consumer market is limited to 60grams of explosive composition. They also have to include stars in them to create an effect. Salutes are professional only and have no limit to composition. They can be pure explosive composition and have no stars in them.
