The ATF type 54 application asks for local/state permit numbers before issuing you a permit. To get a local permit in the state of North Carolina you have your ATF Type 54 permit before applying. Talk about a catch 22. They won't give you an answer as how to circumvent this also. I guess you have would have to get your ATF 54 in another state before applying in NC for local permits? This is wild.

How do I inquire For an ATF license?

Canister shells break like a bowtie shape lol. Id rather have even a good 1"3/4 ball shell over any canister shells. That also goes for the Salute shells.

I absolutely love this vid, reminds me of the $30,000 fireworks shows me and my team put on every year for the 4th. After I get my ATF license here soon, I plan to start a show business myself! Great video, love you showcasing what you have, loading into tubes because I hardly see people doing that now and day! Amazing job!

Enjoyed watching setup. I would have liked to see some of the fuse connections also Show video was terrible. Poor quality & vantage... Bouncing between ground/sky was disorienting & unecessary. Missed secondary effects of several breaks. Zero to see on the ground, maybe 3 tiny glitter mines at the end

I notice you are using cardboard guns for your 3" mortars... how many times have those been used? Have you noticed any structural damage in the tubes yet? I know you are allowed to use cardboard mortars, but with how humid the midwest gets, I would be concerned of mortars deforming over time.
