No one can change their mind or ❤. When you turn 61 like me you see things for how they really are & you start to know who to ignore.

Don't know if you've found an answer yet, head over to your profile page on the Instagram app and tap the three lines on the top right corner, then tap "settings" on the pop up menu and look for where it says "accounts Center" in blue text. From there it should prompt you to log into your Facebook to connect. Hope this helps!
HELLO SIMPLE! I followed your directions to attempt to upload a 9 minute video from my PC that was edited and exported using the Adobe Premier 2022 settings for Instagram, but it would not upload!! I instead how to cut and export the video into 9 individual clips that Instagram would upload! What did I do wrong and is really possible to upload up to a 60 min video to Instagram?
