As someone who does 3D character modelling as a hobby, there are moments where I feel convinced that a drastic change in a character's face will improve it. Then I come back later and go "Oh that's awful! Why did I do that?" This feels like the IRL version of that, with the primary difference being you can't just reload an earlier draft of your body.

I think body dysmorphia is a serious mental issue that should be taken seriously and acts of aesthetic surgery shouldn't be encouraged. Whether you think she used to be better looking before or is better looking now, it's your opinion, what is certain though is that she lost so many facial expressions. I don't see her acting, because there's not much of it.
I do actually think this will severely affect her career in the future. With the narrative surrounding her, and the spotlight now on her capacity to act, she's going to have a tougher time finding roles. It's sad, honestly.
