- My friend on Discord voice chat doubted the power of my C6, Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds wielding, Yanfei. So I made this video as a way to showcase that she is no pushover when it comes to damage. I do want more Crit DMG % on her artifacts though, so pray for me.

Sbe truly is. She's one of my best DPS characters! I haven't used Keqing with her, but I did use Beidou and Fischl. Overload is definitely fun.

any anemo, in my case sucrose with 4pc venrer, mona with nobless, xinqiu with emblem and yanfei (2pc or 4pc crimson or either 4pc wanderes or 2pc wanderes and 2pc crimson), damage per screenshot ehe
Overload isn’t the best for her, I recommend vaporize or melt.

If the shields fails (which is very unlikely), there's also Bennett heal

Back in my first ascension quest, Yanfei was the one who carried my team in the fight against electro hypostasis. Now she regularly solos it with Noelle's shield

it kinda feels illegal to have a 5 star on your team and not main them though- but this is coming from someone who has 0 5 stars unless you count weapons-
i main yanfei since the she was released, her damage now is 40k vaporize - 60k melt(no buff), 100k vaporize - 140k melt(VV,bennett,sucrose)
edit 2022/10/24: today i can consistently do 153k vaporize and 201k melt charge attacks

@@ReimaxsChew melt(pyro→cryo) 2x damage multiplier, vaporize(pyro→water) 1.5x dmg multiplier. mine isnt consistent because i have too much multipliers (em, weapon buff, etc)
@@ReimaxsChew Yeah but that's what I noticed too. So I always prefer using a Cyro chara with any pyro chara. Not sure though haha.

I don't really like catalyst. BUT I always use yanfei on my team (Raiden, Jean, Chongyun, and Yanfei). I like Yanfei
Understandable. I wasn't intentionally rolling for Yanfei but my C1 Zhongli rolls got me 13 of her lol. She's been my best DPS to this point and I am grateful that she came home.

When Yanfei was first annoucned, she was, and still currently is, the 4 star I was most excited for.

yanfei is insane tbh.
i have her at c2, 2100 atk with 65:165 cr:cd on her with 2pc shime and 2pc glad. 15k charged attacks pure raw dmg without any buff. and also overloads are much easier with yanfei using raiden than vapes through xingqiu. yanfei ICD is kind of difficult to get used to because sometimes she applies pyro on consecutive hits and sometimes she doesnt which makes vapes difficult.
love her whole kit and playstyle. super fun and fast.
tip for anyone who wants to use yanfei, infuse the enemy with hydro/cryo to do more dmg. when my yanfei was only level 35, she did 500 normal and around 1000-1500 when infused

Yeah, see yanfei is good- my lvl 50 yanfei did 1000 damage with charged normal attack- and 1500 with skill, yanfei is OP and should be a 5-star

Yanfei is really good, but scaling of her rather energy-costly burst is what’s keeping her from 5* status. Her reliability with normal/charged attack damage is still really good.

btw you can use yanfei's anvil trick for mining, it's pretty cool
It is cool, but Zhongli mining is just so much faster! I do use her charged attack if his pillar is on cooldown.

i did a showcase and got 70k+20k charged atk from her; and i normally hit 40-50k on her skill/burst with vaporize 👍👍 that's with only a 'decent' build bc my luck in crimson domain is shit😭
You see, I started building my C4 Yanfei for the sole purpose of farming the oceanid for Childe, whom I may...She doesn't have much investment and yet she is currently dealing more consistent damage than any of my other units. I did not foresee this.
She's is my main dps since the first time i got her, use her with Raiden, Zhongli and Diona. Recently got Hu Tao but i dont intend to change my yanfei so soon

I love how whenever we farm him for artifacts we do co-op bc azhdaha is "too hard" but we solo him just to prove a point like how c6 yanfei is actually good....
I always solo him. He's easy 😁
I can beat azhdaha fairly easily, but I always co-op with talent bosses because it feels so much funner doing it with other people

Shield characters are always so useful. Imagine no damage at all while you just continuously attack the enemy 👁👁

C6 Yanfei is crazy, I use her more than Klee cause I like her playstyle more, she does 86k every melt charged atk with Bennett and Kazuha buff, using just an R1 Widsith and an average good build

While the dmg is nice, no matter how much love we pour into our 4*, that dmg is basically a single auto attack of characters like Eula and not even close of a hutao charged attack...and that without reactions.
I will never ignore my Noelle tho, even if she falls behind in DPS compared to most 5*

I got extremely lucky- pulled an early Yanfei on original banner then hard pity got Zhongli with 2 Yanfei’s in the same 10-pull. Somehow she crept up to C6 before I knew it.
Have her built with R5 Dodoco Tales, 4pc Wandering Troupe (I have zero luck on Crimson Witch pieces).

As a Yanfei main, I used to underestimate her when I got her BUT then I levelled her and her talents up and MAN she's the Queen 👑 I've been using Mona to do for melt reaction and then Anemo Traveler for swirl. She's just GREAT

I am also a c6 yanfei haver and im so surprised at what she can do with 1 week of artifact farming and a widsith at both lvl 80 😭
I have a shield team for C6 Yanfei with that memory of dust weapon. It’s great. Takes no damage and deals a regular 30~50K charged attack. Klee does higher charged attack but her stubby legs and stamina cost isn’t worth it. Yanfei barely consumes stamina.
Originally I was planning on rolling for Klee, but after Zhongli's banner gave me C6 I skipped. I still love Klee's design, but Yanfei's smooth gameplay and damage show me I made the right decision!
Your memes are top tier. Great showcase! You coyld probably swap her circlet with crit dmg tbh if you can get your hands on one. Only thing I can see that could change.
