If anything, Mika would need mats from the cryo cube. So far only Eula and Aloy (who doesn't really count) use the cryo cube. Also I wouldn't be surprised if Mika used wolfhook because of it's medicinal properties and because only Razor so far needs them.

Actually, on the 3.5 versoon preview page (the one you can find in Paimon menu) they already have his mats. He needs Setekh Wenut as his boss materials and Wolfhook as local specialty
He doesn't need cryo cube, don't pre-farm it!! Unless you're also waiting for Eula, and you don't have her, because she's the character who needs it

So, this may be considered spoil, but here are the rumored mats for him (for the wolfhooks I'm practically sure he does need it)
Local specialty : Wolfooks (Wolvendom)
Mob mats : Sergeant&Co insignia (Fatui)
Boss : Pseudo-Stamen (Setekh Wenut)
I mean, he travels a lot so it could be why he has such repartition, but the pseudo-stamen leaves me a bit perplexed... (about the location more than the element since Alhaitham needs it while being Dendro)
Btw, I feel that if Varka becomes indeed a playable chara, he's almost guaranteed to need Wolfhooks, as the Boreal knight first and foremost, then for the links he may have with this place.
