Quick read... 1. Read car user manual thoroughly 2. Breaking-in period dos&donts for atleast first 1000kms 3. Filling fuel - Dont fill after auto cutoff, Premium fuel not required in mass market budget cars 4. For turbo charged petrol engines - Keep patience & be gentle 5. Filling air - Nitrogen not mandatory 6. Post delivery check tyre pressure - Buying a tyre inflator makes sense 7. Buy a dash cam - Its a life saver 8. Fit a GPS tracker 9. Take all safety/precautionary/preventive measures (safety belt, etc)
I would like to add one more point to your points: For the first 1000 Kms, it is better that the SAME DRIVER drive the car. Each of us has a different way of driving, so the car will calibrate better, with the same person driving. Later, after the 1000 Kms are over, anyone may drive the car, as the engine is now accurately calibrated.
Initial driving habits also play crucial role in modern cars. Braking, sudden acceleration, sharp turns, speeding etc. make the car learn about the driving pattern and tries to mould the performance as per inputs. I am using Fronx Alpha Automatic with Turbo engine. After driving for about a month, i have observed that the engine is responding better even at moderate RPM, giving very good fuel average. With changed and aggressive style of driving, the car computer modifies its performance.
We had brought MG Hector DCT sharp in December 2019 as I am car/bike enthusiasts we never drove the car above 80 Kms/hr for 1st 10,000/- kms till we did proper service like oil change and all.
Good information on what should we do when it’s a new car. Actually I was thinking to cruise on same speed with our upcoming new car but now will not do it and surely go through manual once
Jai mata di sir, I am about the get delivery of my car from other state and was planning to dive on NE on cruise. I was completely unaware of these points. Thanks a lot
@6:50 the premium fuel makes a difference with engine purring and also fuel about 1.5kmpl ... I know most manufacturers say not needed but personal experience is different
Hello sir kaise hai aap sab , I recently bought new brezza zxi with accessories worth 35 k , but it was a decent purchase , I didn't like nexons old look, n it is giving me best results , n u r the only youtuber I like best regarding car's knowledge.
I bought my brezza before Nexon facelift revieled , I bought on 3rd of April , b please reply back as it was my first comment on your channel , n thanks once again .
Fronx Alpha Automatic recommend to use petrol with 91 or higher-Octane value petrol. We use premium petrol which matches with the recommendation of the car manual.
Would you come up with a new gen car PDI video. We have watched your old PDI videos which are very informative and useful. However, its long since we have seen new pdi video .
Hi! Useful video. Thanks! Can you please make a series of such videos for 1st time owners? Next one on PDI please?? Waiting for my 1st car delivery at Dussehra. Very excited and also anxious.
Beautiful video. Like to mention one point, premium petrol cleans the piston heads increasing engine life, normal petrol deposits heavy carbon on the heads. Other than that, I agree with everything you said.
hi, Can you make videos regarding engines of new cars, m seeing most plastic parts and cost cutting in engine parts than in features. Intake manifold is plastic, thermostat housing is plastic, valve cover is plastic, Clutch master cylinder is plastic. Engine parts are supposed to just pass the warranty period and then fail. Like in older 1.4 DF4C engines of hyundai all parts were of metal. But in new D4fA hyundai engines in alcazar , most engine parts are plastic...
One point is wrong about Nitrogen. See Air is already 77% nitrogen that is true. But still we should not prefer air because air also has water vapour and carbon dioxide. You must have noticed sometimes ur tyre pressure is above the pressure limit. That's because of water vapour. It expands on usage, which causes accidents at high speed. So that's why nitrogen is preferred.
Whats your advice on oil change. While most cars nowadays dont suggest an oil change until 10000kms, isn't it a good practise to change the engine oil so that all the burr that comes out when the piston sets will get out of the system and not move around and damage the system
Bro is it recommended to change the engine oil on the first service? I heard from someone that as it's a new car,so there are chances of metal particles in the oil. Please reply

I bought a 2023 Baleno Alpha 2 weeks back. I was not given an owner manual and I was told that it is no longer provided with a new car. Is this true, can you verify this for me? Thanks.
@@JigneshPatel-wj4ddya I took a baleno too and was surprised that owners manual are available at the company website for download. I downloaded and that has all the info you are looking for but the missing manual as a proper printed booklet from the company is simply unacceptable.
Wonderful video. The info you provide in all your videos is most practical and correct. I have a small question, I am getting a Maruti Nexa vehicle. Would it make sense to get Maruti Suzuki Connect or rather install GPS tracker? My 1st experience with Nexa so requesting your valued inputs. 🙏
Punch has enough space on inside even though looks smaller outside, body and plastic quality all are top notch, baleno only is better in engine refinement and nothing else

Baleno vs punch?
If safety is not priority
Definitely go for Baleno you won't regret that
Punch is not good for higher speed and rear space is cramed
For Ground clearance and NCAP safety... Punch.
For everything else... Baleno (Fronx would be the better option due to better ground clearance)
Punch has enough space on inside even though looks smaller outside, body and plastic quality all are top notch, baleno only is better in engine refinement and nothing else
