1 kg pork, cut into cubes
1/4 tsp black peppercorn (optional)
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
4-6 pcs bay leaves
a pinch of salt
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup dark soy sauce
3 heads of garlic, minced
1 cup or more water
