Do you have an idea of how many LEGO bricks & sets you currently own? Also, how do you afford where you & your family live? I'm from the USA. However, times are hard for me financially. I don't have any children yet. But I enjoy being an AFOL. Do you own or rent where you live? I currently rent with my fiancé. Does a company pay you enough money to get by every month and/or annually? I was just wondering if you could answer my questions. Thank you for reading this message.
You should move the up house and the ice castle onto the same shelf/ next to the Disney train station and the Mickey and Minnie make it a Disney shelf
When Josee and you are finished building the Disney castle, don’t forget to place your sig figs with the kids in front of the castle for your family photo!! Oh and loved seeing Luna!
I started watching Bricksie at 2x playback speed. Saves me at least 15-20 min a day lol.

My Disney Castle arrives on Thursday. I bought it for my family as a surprise. I’m stoked.
All the mini figs in the mansion look great! It’s like a big party which I think people who are rich with mansions love to do, good job Bricksie stay creative!

Adding light kits to city is a huge job but maybe you can do a trial on the mansion so you have a better idea of how it works.

On the raised platform by the mountain climbers and waterfall there is a little of the platform that is exposed that you may want to cover up. Also I love the way the mansion came together!

i think you should change the pool water to just blue studs so that it could look like people are actually swimming in it, and it would look more like water i think, also have more people around the pool having a summer blast, maybe give some lego kids some water guns to shoot with and have a guy on a pink or lime green floatie in the pool?
I think in a previous vlog he mentioned that he didn't have enough of them to do that. I do agree, it would look even better though!!
Yeah also agree it looks a little awkward as it is and the water with individual tans studs is pleasing to the eye and more realistic.
I like using Brickognize for recognizing Lego parts and minifigs but this also looks very convenient :)

I love the design, but I feel like it needs more bedrooms and there is definitely a massive ommission from it, especially if it's supposed to belong to you and your family...

IF you ever do decide to take the Mansion to Brickworld you'll probably need to plan for a week and a half to two week trip since you'll probably have to Drive to Chicago and I calculated it out to a 3 day drive from Edmonton.
Glad the box made it! I use the BrickMonkey app which is similar. I use it when I'm looking through bulk. Found some awesome gems.

If you do not like the idea of support pillars in the mansion arcade, how about a technic beam like you used above the garage? Would also make more sense structurally; it's not very realistic to have a support pillar which doesn't continue all the way down to the foundation.

Jordan another great way to identify mini figures is a free app called monkey brick. You take a picture of the torso and it shows the front and back , then all the heads that can go with that figures and all the other pieces that go with That mini fig and it will give you the name and number of that fig. It is quicker then Google lens . I use it all the time so easy
I hope one day as your city gets bigger you build up and have more platforms within the city..

Did you ever show us the kids rooms after you got them separated? Would love to see them.
With the shipping of buildings, perhaps try filling them (the individual rooms) with small custom cut pieces of styrofoam. This will support each structure and not add too much to the overall shipping weight.
Never bought the first castle, really like the color of this one. And yes, it's time for Witcher!
I had the old one on display for a year, it was my Covid bubble-person's and they didn't have anywhere to display it at their place, but once they got their own house it went away and I was sad.......
.......until I bought the new one!!! Already up to bag 4 despite spending the last 4 days moving house!!! 😂😂😂😂
(PS Jordan, I just moved my entire collection using the shrink wrap method and almost half of them require some repairs - but at least the shrink wrap kept the detached parts contained!!!) 😜

Saturday is my b-day
I was thinking if I had the space for a city I would build all the same tables and mount casters to each leg and at the ends of each table use a slide lock to secure the tables to each other so I wouldn't have to deal with going under the tables and popping through an access hole. If I need to access an area of the city that is too far to reach i would just open the slide locks and push the tables apart and have easy access to everywhere in the city without making cut outs...This is just right now popping into my head so there may be downsides besides the obvious things like having enough room to be able to push tables apart or whatever but with you being someone with tons of lego city building experience what do you think about this idea

First things first congratulations on finishing your MOC!!🎉 I’ve been waiting for this for so long but I only have one complaint; earlier in the series you said that the third floor would be a penthouse but I feel like you skipped over that. I’m not asking you to make it but I just feel like it could have been better if you added it. Congratulations again🎉
Boo to this complaint, guy is the hardest worker in the room and he will make his own creative decisions.
@@jonsix1928 thank you for knocking some sense into me. I do very much appreciate the feedback on this and I also think that he is a very hard worker, and he said it himself that there are things to improve on the mansion MOC and I think that he could have done the penthouse
what exactly is the point of having such a large building for only a few minifigures it should have lashings of minifigures

Bricksie I find the new editing and camera software to be annoying because it seems a little blurry and th quality too me doesn’t look as good
Make sure you have your video settings at the highest resolution. I film in 4k 30fps or 1080 60fps so it should be pretty smooth depending on how quickly I'm panning around

The mini figures definitely take away from the aesthetic. It’s somebody’s private mansion with all their cars and such. With all the figures it looks like a hotel or vacation destination
