    Where have you seen someone getting sentenced without trial ??? Even Bester was relocated in foreign land brought to this country to stand trial before a judge in court....

    This Lawyer is always fair on his analysis and explain matters very well.

    If the law is there and clear then it must be applied consistently without any fear or favour. This also strengthens the rule of law in the sense that courts are not afraid of taking decisions due to threats of violence

    For me, so far Concourt use to take appropriate and fair decisions in this country. They do great analysis.

    Those who support Mk party vote for mk. Those who support ANC do like wise. The Da, EFF, Cope and others vote for your parties. This case was about clarity about section 47 and clarity was delivered. Let us learn to be loyal to South Africa than to political parties or leaders. Because by just that we become our own enemies as the nation. We should not let our loyalty cloud our judgement as that make these public servants untouchable.

      Wake up! Stop watching the news…follow real action on the ground, then you’ll be more wiser. This is not a loss to Zuma…it’s a political chess. Zuma doesn’t care about going to parliament. He will control MK while he’s in Nkandla. NEC members of MK will not go to Parliament, and Zuma will be part of that NEC.

    The CC made the correct decision, especially on the issues of recision issue. I think there is a need to review the issues of direct access to the CC.

    • @thefairobserver97
      @thefairobserver97 23 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      You are right. Me tu, I think this quite simple matters shouldn't go to CC. However for this issue IEC had no choice but to go to Concourt as the SCA doesn't have jurisdiction of Electoral Court. The law must be reviewed to allow other Courts such as the SCA to hear appeals from the Electoral Court.

      Before Imperialists/WMC/Stellenbosch Mafia started dealing with Zuma, they started by manipulating your thinking powers and they looted everything that has to do with independent and objective thinking, and right now you're damaged! When they told you about 9 wasted years, and State Capture that's being dismissed by courts, this is what we saw, in those years:
      1. University of Mpumalanga

    There is no where where the Concourt said that you can appeal to the concourt. They were referring to the issue of recusal of judges that it is common that when you want an appeal or clarification or intepretation of a judgment you go to the same judges who delivered the judgement. Concourt judgements are final

    Zuma was not going to go to Parliament, he has enough in his plate to be clearing his throat on the floor, he just wanted to hog the limelight. All eyes are on him and so he gets free airplay and gets to tell his cult followers how much of a victim he is. The establishment were in between a rock and a hard place, deny him the publicity he craves and seen as weak and create a terrible precedence or enforce the law and give him the lime light. All the oxygen about political campaigns has been reduced to Zuma show.

    Zuma will be on the Ballot come 29 May 2024, for MK Party voters that's all that matters. And they are not worried about the ConCourt judgment at all. Zuma just said it yesterday that he is not going to Parliament as an NEC of MK.
