You mentioned a 'well' but didn't explain what it is, what it looks like, or what you do with it!
Hi there! The "wells" mentioned are the concave spots in an artist's palette. 🎨 They can be small semi-spheres or even cube shapes of space to put the colors you're using in. 👩🎨
Lots of important and basic info missing here... Like simply the use and function of water in watercoloring. Great ad, horrible instructional video.
