WEll, at least these projectors became really good before they were discontinued by Kinotone. Our image in the theatre is among the best I know of. Stability, evenness of light, silent running, sound pickup. Can't be any better on a well serviced Kinotone FP 30 D from the 2000s/ 2010th years.

I’m just starting to seriously collect 35mm prints and I recently got an FP20 in poor condition that needs restoration. I was wondering if you might have a wiring schematic to help me convert it to work on 220V mono power or some tips on how you dit it?

What type of FP 20 do you have? The old (1st series) where nothing was built into the back door. Or the later versions where relays and capacitors/connection strips were placed in the back door. Best Regard Wesmovie

as I have a whole plate with electronics (capacitors, relays ect ) in the back door.
Just removed the whole plate to clean the projector
