I'm, so excited to get mine. I am 32 years old, but this Baby Yoda Build A Bear Plush was too cute!!! Also I waited all morning for it. It took forever!!! I've got into the pre-waiting room at 9:32 am and managed to get the Baby Yoda plush at 12:57 pm. I was, so happy. :)

I caught the email just in time to prepare for the online line to wait to get into the virtual waiting room. It took almost 3 hours to be able to actually purchase it, which is probably a good thing since if they told everyone about the restock, the website no doubt would’ve been bogged down and slow and lots of people would’ve missed out. The way they did it today I’m sure they made it so that everyone who came on a first come first serve basis was able to purchase. Also, it prevented people from purchasing more than one so that they can’t resell on eBay and turn a profit. I hate people that do that crap. This is the same reason all of the Nintendo switch lites are out of stock everywhere EXCEPT eBay.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I congratulate you on this little dude. However, personally I find the Mattel version Top notch in comparison! This one looks alright for a plush of him.
In the UK there are 5 different types, normal without sound, 5 -in-1 sounds, 5-in-1 sounds with Mandalorian theme tune, just Mandalorian theme tune & finally with Soup and Frog Wristie. Ranging from £34 to £45.50.
I have the Mattel one. And just ordered the BAB one today. got mine on ebay as i was having no luck at all with those waiting rooms. He wasn't overpriced either. same price as if i had got him from the BAB site. Have the talking one on preorder.
Well because of the sound its 65 bucks. Since you can't actually go to build-a-bear you cant customize it so the one you get online has to have the sound there fore more expensive
I'm trying my hardest to save my money for Baby Yoda since he was on Kelly and Ryan, but I just ordered him. I can't wait to watch Star Wars the Mandalorian on Disney+, and go to Star Wars Land with The Child also known as Baby Yoda.

Build a bear came out in 1997, so it was definitely around then/a fairly big thing. I got my first one in either 99 or 2000

Does the robe come off?
There is 2 strings on the back which you can cut to take it off and yes you can put it back on after i hope that helped
