Tap "Extract Here" or "Extract Files", then open the file. When file opened, press ctrl+a (Its going to select all the beatmaps) and drag all of the beatmaps into the file "Songs". When dragged, you can close all the tabs and open osu, and its going to put in all the beatmaps.

The difference between a beatmap and a beatmap set is that a beatmap would only have 1 difficulty, and 1 song. A beatmap set could contain more than 1 beatmap meaning multiple difficulties for the same song (a beatmap set can actually contain different songs). So if you're confused why you only got 200+ "beatmaps". Those are the beatmap sets, there are 1000+ osz. Files (beatmaps). You can check this by searching "osz" in the folder and you will indeed see that there are 1000+ beatmaps/osz files.

If you have done what Faltri has said above, convert one of the beat maps into an osz file. Use archiving software like WinRar or 7Zip, and archive them with zip, and delete the "rar" at the end, changing it to osz.
No problem, copy all the folders and paste them into your osu song folder. To find your osu song folder, find the game folder then you should find somewhere there called "Songs". Open that Songs folder and paste all the beat map folders into there. Then once done, open the game and press F5 to process all your beat maps!
Have you tried dragging the songs into the osu! folder? like theres a folder in it called ''songs'' try dragging it in there. and then when u are in osu! press f5
