    Zaffrani coconut kheer
    Ingredients:
    Milk 1-1/2liter
    Rice (boiled) 3/4cup
    Coconut powder 4tbsp
    Condensed milk 3/4cup
    Pistachios as required
    Sterling paper 1
    Whole dried milk 1/2cup
    Saffron as required
    Method:
    Add boiled rice in milk and cook till it thickens. Now add condensed milk, dried whole milk and coconut powderto mix thoroughly and cook till all the ingredients mix and the kheer thickens. Lastly add saffron in milk and dish it out and garnish it with pistachios and lastly serve it with sterling paper.

    Puri
    Ingredients:
    Plain Flour 1/2kg
    Four 1cup
    Salt 1-1/2tsp
    Oil for flour 4tbsp
    Yogurt 2tbsp
    Oil for frying
    Method:
    Firstly mix yogurt in plain flour and flour. Then knead it in warm water and set it for 15mins. After that shape them in to balls and roll them to fry and serve it hot.

    Aalu chana masala
    Ingredients:
    Boiled chickpeas 3cup
    Boiled potatoes 2cup
    Onions chopped 1
    Boiled mashed tomatoes 2-3
    Oil ½ cup
    Clarified butter 2tbsp
    Asafetida pinch
    Red paprika chili 1tsp
    Red chili powder 1tsp
    Salt 1tsp
    Red chili chopped 1-1/2tsp
    Turmeric 3/4tsp
    White cumin 1tsp
    White cumin powder 1tsp
    Red chili whole 4-5
    Green chili paste 1tbsp
    Boiled mashed potatoes 2tbsp
    Green coriander 1/2bunch
    White flour 1tsp
    Tamarind pulp 1tbsp
    Method:
    In a pan heat oil and fry onions. With it add and cook asafetida, whole red chili and white cumin. now add Boiled mashed tomatoes ,salt, red chili powder, turmeric, red chili chopped and white cumin powder to roast a little. Now in it boiled chickpeas, boiled potatoes and 2cups of water to cook for 20-25mins. After that add tamarind pulp, white flour, boiled mashed potatoes to cook till it thickens. Now dish it out and add green coriander. Now heat clarified butter and fry and roast red paprika chili to serve it hot.
