Dude. I’m in the process of ordering parts for this same project and came across this video. Very well done man. Such a useful video. Very informative.

Great video. I would like to do the same hopefully. I was wondering if you transferred the lock and lights from your original truck or if you ordered those as well from Honda

Thanks for watching and I'm glad you like it! I just transferred locks and lights since the locks are keyed to your specific car and the light is fairly expensive and easy to transfer. Hope this helps and good luck with your build!

    Thanks for this video.
Do you have the part number for the rubber piece you stuck on the quarter panel? The one just above the tail lights.
    Thank you!

Thanks! I bought it a few months ago last year. I talked to Jeff and he said that shipping would be too much so I ended up buying locally. The part number is 68500-S2A-A80ZZ in case you need it.

How do you remove the wire loop holder clip for the trunk latch? It’s the electronic black big plastic thing in the middle of the trunk. I couldn’t remove the darn thing

If we are talking about the same thing, I just unbolted it and then the holder clip comes off by releasing the tabs that hold it in place behind it.

Gotta pull the car out the garage and do a walk-around at the end.

A build video will be coming out whenever I finish a few more things on it
