🐦 On Feb. 14th, 2020 concert *BAND-MAID* announced that they were going to play at *Budokan* on Feb 11th, 2021 playing at *Budokan* is like reaching the top of Mt. Everest but due to Covid the concert was canceled. In the live streaming concert *Saiki* address the fans and said how much *BAND-MAID* missed performing live to their *Masters and Princesses* and was followed up with this song that *BAND-MAID* has made for their fans. 🐦 On May 10, 2021 *BAND-MAID* will be live for the first time should be a great event.
Saiki who is by many considered more like a ice-princess did before this song hold a little, but heartfelt speech. Where she told how much they missed touring.. and not at least performing in front of the fans. The girls have a few ballads, like the fantastic Daydreaming! I also recommend checking out their acoustic performances as "Puzzle", where Saiki and Kanami does a soft and stripped down version of the song .
This is a beautiful and heartfelt song - and as others have suggested, Daydreaming is another great ballad-y type song. The next Band-Maid online concert will take place May 10 at 5 PM JST (Japan time). A ticket is pretty inexpensive for a concert that is about 2 hours long (3000 yen; a little less for fan club members). This time there will be an actual audience in attendance. You can re-watch the archive recording for 3 days, or pay a few bucks more to watch it over and over again for 2 weeks.
They do have over 100 songs in their discography and handful are ballads. They can rock hard but can sing beautiful powerful ballads as well. If you are able to see Puzzle/Anemone acoustic live I think you will be impressed.

A lot of the english in band maid songs sounds like japanese because of the way it is pronounced. They have started to add CC to the new YT videos so you can see the english words that are being sung.

Please show me an artist who has released such a heartfelt song about the current situation and how it affects us as fans but especially the artists themselves. You think you might have a problem in a song mixing Danish and English??? NO!! I'm from Australia living in the far north of Sweden and I do it all the time......... after one night with some beers, you girls will be fine...lol. And yeah.... Covid -19... I also feel the longing to be with my Family as well.... But knowing that they are taking the precautions and following the guidelines.... I can sleep at night. AS for Band-Maid.... similar to this... try Daydreaming, Anemone and/or Awkward.
