apparently it was removed by the original owner.
Just search for Concrete wall texture and ull get something similar

I noticed that you added a curve adjustment layer twice. Why did you do that? Why not do this on one overlapping curve adjustment layer

because top layers affect all bottom layers.
So adding the last curves on top, would effect everything beneath. and in this case the final look i found had bright highlights that i wanted to Dim down
