Durability test is mediocre: want to crash test? Drop it from normal use height (1.5/2m) on rocks, asphalt, whatever but not carpet. Want to test the waterproofing? Theow it in a bathtub... That's more likely to represent the sea or swimming pool you'll drop it it in. Idea os food but push it further. Tests the real phone's limits!
I bought a new XR 20 (128GB) last week and when video calls using WhatsApp, MS teams or Duo is made the using the fornt camera, some bad processing happens and a low quality video is produced during the call. The issue is only for the front camera. I did all the steps suggested by he technical support from HMD global and did factory reset twice. But the situation is the same. Any one facing the same issue?
