Hi! I don't know why but I've got the feel it's not exactly done the same way as in a criminal trial. The questions seem long-winded, hard to follow. Do the Judges need to make notes of the responses or not? I thought in a cross examination it's better to keep the questions short etc. I'd like a rather realistic view of a cross-examination. Is this it?

Criminal trials are different to Tribunals. The processes and procedures can vary between different types of law!
