By definition, Taylor Swift is the closest thing to a real life Hannah Montana if not Miley Cyrus. If Hannah Montana was a real human being, she probably would have had the same sort of eras and fame of Taylor being a household name as a pop/country star, occasionally rock.
I've never met anyone who legitimately still listens to Disney channel music like Hannah, the cheetah girls, camp rock, HSM etc because they STILL love it, I wish we were friends 😭

same, i listen to it evert day, there is something about the songs of that era, not just Hannah/ Miley but also songs in general, they had a lot of heart and soul in them and they spoke to your soul.
Nowadays that feeling is gone, vanished in thin air, very few singers have that emotive quality in their songs. Nowadys it's just pop beat, and sexually charged lyrics or trying to prove to someone that you shouldn't have left me.

I have 3 things to say. 1) I am shook from the One in a Million reveal. My mouth fell open. I will never be the same again. 2) The "freely now" absolutely ended me because I just did not expect it 💀 3) Ice Cream Freeze is not thaaaat bad. Hoedown did it way better but Ice Cream Freeze held me down too in my learning Disney dances days.

'I learned from you" is absolutely God Tier! The build, the meaning of the song, their vocals - amazing! The line 'strength is something you choose' is iconic. I think bout that line all the time and its actually helped through some hard times.
You mentioning Emily Osment’s voice in Bone Dance randomly made me remember her solo career. I was obsessed with Let’s Be Friends and Lovesick 😅
Just Like You gives me chills, I used to listen to that song a lot in the summer while playing Stardoll and eating icecream in my brothers bedroom, because we only had one computer and he was older. I listened to that album on repeat for years but Just Like You has a special place in my heart even tho it wasn’t my fav song from her.

Im transgender male to female and Just Like You always makes me cry so hard. Literally every lyric I can relate to how i just wanted to always be treated like a normal girl and now i am treated that way which is amazing. First of all the beginning of the Hannah Montana movie when she comes up into the stage was such an iconic moment, gives me chills every time. But like you were saying about the last 20 minutes being the best cinema ever, is absolutely true. That whole carnival scene… first of all it starts off with a BANGER aka Rockstar. The choreo is immaculate and she comes in singing that song like the queen that she is, but then there’s more. During such an iconic song she starts to have a MENTAL BREAKDOWN and stops the show. She reveals to the ENTIRE town that she is Miley, and then… we get THE SONG, the record breaking, life saving, life changing song that is powerful enough to even create new lives entirely, THE CLIMB. But of course to put the cherry on top that wasn’t it. We end with a happy ending, hence the entire town keeps her secret and we get a final season, but we also gotta leave the movie off with a happy ending. The Crazier cameo wasn’t enough for miss Taylor swift, she also had to bless the world with you’ll always find your way back home, which also has immaculate choreo (also omg if we get you’ll always find your way Taylor’s version I will actually collapse, we need that now). As you could see everything about the last 20 minutes of the Hannah Montana movie HIT. It was truly cinema at its finest, and will go down in the history books.
