I wish I could learn Vietnamese, I have tried but I am just terrible with languages. Great video, bamboo is the only airline we haven't tried inside Vietnam, we have considered using them from Australia where a lot of people have spoken highly of them. For now the wife and I will stick to Vietnam Airlines I think.

I flew with them from Sydney to Saigon in Nov 2022, the service and food were very good, better than VN Air, the plane 787 was new and clean however some USB and head phone jacks are faulty .

A lot of flip-flops in that boarding-line.
Don't think I'll be using Bamboo if I make it to Vietnam. Rather than taking internal flights, I think I would risk a train or a bus.

In the middle of the pandemic,I was due to fly this airline but we couldn't leave Australia.The airline response was "as our flights are operating no refund nor credit allowed"

Thank you for sharing. You may be correct that Vingroup is behind the acquisition of Bamboo Airways as they have shelved their plan to start their own airline previously. Agreed with you that any flight attendant used the word "off" is downright arrogant & rude. If Bamboo airways collapses in the future is probably due to the rudeness of their flight attendants and the quality of their onboard food

I doubt vin group will buy bamboo airlines,they current too focus on the vinfast brand,we all know how car company are costly and it will take years for vinfast to be self sufficient and made some sort of profit. before they may start a airlines cause vin group can used bond to gather money for it and loans from bank,but current govt doing crack down on bond market and bank loans

A flight from Phoeniz AZ to Las Vegas NV takes about the same time for US$100. On those flights, Southwest Airlines provides nothing, no drink or even peanuts!

wish I saw your review before I booked with this airline. A total disaster with their out-dated online booking system and then there were blames everywhere and no one took the responsibility. Mind you I booked business class for a long haul flight and their customer service is overall 0/100. Wonder what economy class gets? Their rep at where I live cannot understand English so I had to get a Vietnamese speaking to them. I’m now stuck with them for upcoming return trips but never again flying with Bamboo.
P.s, that Banh Mi is laughable lol

We took Bamboo on a Hanoi to Hue flight with Bussiness lounge at Hanoi and my family loved Bamboo and would choose them over Vietnam from our experience in 2022.
In economy class.

Sorry for your bad experience with Bamboo Airways. Actually many Vietnamese us like the airline very much because of the middle ground in ticket fare and on time schedule. Vietnam airlines does not offer competitive price and Vietjet is terrible!
