    About Dr Brett Steenbarger:
    Brett is Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. He began trading equity markets in the late 1970s starting with undervalued growth stocks and eventually transitioning to trading stock index futures with a variety of quantitative signals, many of which are based upon measures of market cycles, volume, and breadth.
    Brett began coaching prop traders in Chicago in 2004 and has since worked with a variety of investment banks, hedge funds, and other money management firms. He has written five books on trading psychology and also authors the TraderFeed blog and the TH-cam channel, The Three Minute Trading Coach. Married for 37 years to wife Margie, Brett enjoys their five children, seven grandchildren, and four rescue cats as well as travel to new areas of the world.
    About Morad Askar:
    Morad Askar began as a high frequency NASDAQ equities day trader in 2000. He moved to Chicago to a prop firm to be a high volume futures scalper at the CBOT. He is a member of CME Group and a licensed Eurex Trader, and started his own prop firm in 2003.
    In 2009, Morad began to explore the online trading environment and popularized the concept of Volume Profiling as a way of tracking the market auction and trading based on the market narrative. He has gained a large social media following on Twitter and a large subscriber base on TH-cam. He does a daily live broadcast at 9 AM ET called the Trader Bite on TH-cam which lays out his perspective on what is likely to take place. He is well known online as FuturesTrader71 (FT71).
    Morad launched Convergent Trading in 2018 to focus his experience running a prop firm to bring the tools, structure and focus to those how are serious about being career professional traders. He also started Edge Clear as a brokerage in 2020; an independent futures brokerage with an award-winning team.
    Family time and global travel are Morad’s favorite ways of spending time.
