EPCOT Future World 2022 Ultimate Walkthrough in 4K | Walt Disney World Florida September 2022

Enjoy a long walk around Future World(now World Celebration, World Discovery, and World Nature) at EPCOT in 4K! Since it is the park's 40th anniversary, I decided to film my longest walkthrough yet of this area, and intentionally titled the video by the areas old name. I personally am not a fan of the new neighborhood names at all, so I'll just keep calling it Future World forever lol. This was filmed on September 26th 2022 from around 1:30pm - 2:30pm

Hi 4K - another GREAT video walkthrough.
I enjoy these, especially of my favorite park (Epcot).
Concur on naming convention - Future World it is!
I think you have a sixth sense as to when a monorail is about to pass by!.. 🙂
I appreciate how you show so much detail.
I'm also glad that you spend some time in front of the Imagination pavilion. I like the way WDW uses water to enhance the view and atmosphere (jumping from one place to another, the upside down water fall, etc.).
Sept. 26 (Monday) - I am a bit surprised at the crowds on that day and month. Hard to figure out.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who will keep calling the front of the park Future World! The new neighborhood names truly weren’t necessary, and just made things confusing. It definitely has been busy here at all times, even during times that historically have been less crowded. Thank you so much as always Ken! 😃

🟣Awesome 40 Epcot! Great long walkaround to see the old, new & being built, incl. shopping. Speaking of which, no doubt you overspent 🤑lol. I wish you could lay out & film what you got, but Holy "Figment popcorn bucket" line at Creations! Expected but online had limited items: Figgy plush/hoodie/SEarth &Figgy figurine that lights up (better not break in shipping) were mine/no purple shirts sadly. Did the change of BMG make you 🥰happy? We now have that rain, so I hope your experiences were as bright as the day down there⭐ Thx 4 for this!💜💜💚💚

Thank you so much Liz! Lol yes, I did do some damage today with the 40th merch, but it was expected 😂. I’m glad they released some stuff online! I hope you were able to get a few things! I was ecstatic when I found out about them bringing back the original music loop! I listen to that all the time at home and while driving lol, but hearing it in the park was just amazing. I was hoping they’d also bring back the Innoventions loop for the day, but I’m just happy something was brought back! I’ll have my biggest sights and sounds video yet of the entrance and the old music coming soon. Thanks again Liz, hope your day was great as well despite the rain!

I remember seeing the opening special on TV for EPCOT back in the fall of 1982. I had friends that were so into DISNEY that they took off for a two week stay for the grand opening to visit both venues open (at the time). I wonder how many hotels were even in existence back then to handle the crowds that it must have generated. There was also a newspaper article at the time that showed the DISNEY corporation moving these huge 2 & 3 story palm trees that graced both sides of SPACESHIP EARTH as you entered from the front. These look like they are all gone now and replaced by regular trees. I did not make my first trip to WDW until the mid 1990's and they were still there. I need to get back to see the new and improved WDW.

Out of all the restaurants in the Epcot future area my favorite is Space 220

Force of habit, it will also always be Future World to me (I have found streaming copies of the old music that I enjoy hearing). I keep repeating, but I am SO HAPPY that they brought back the fountain and crystal spires!!! The view of them with Spaceship Earth behind, on entering the park, is one of my tear triggers…tears of joy!!! (But I admit…I am a sap!!)

Yep, it will always be Future World to me too! I listen to all the old Epcot music all the time, and I can only hope that the new music loops that Imagineers mentioned are coming in 2023 will be just as great. And yes, having that entrance fountain back is just amazing. I’m still not sure why they even got rid of it in the first place!

The walls appear to really spoil the flow and immersion. I wonder if it's different in person. I haven't been since 2019 so I don't know what it's like to walk through WALLCOT at the moment.
