Quick correction at 29:48: Lithium has 4 neutrons! I apologize for the silly math error there. We get 4 neutrons because we take the atomic mass 7 and subtract the number of protons (3 for lithium) to get the total number of neutrons (4). I accidentally wrote 3 and I sincerely apologize for any confusion I may have caused!
