I love this band!!!! I've always had a crush on the deal sisters. I just downloaded a bunch of demos and live shows, about a dozen in total. Can't get enough of 'em. Amazing.
@@joeyrogerson83 It was Mark Freegard. If you're into it and curious about the recording have a listen the album while watching this replay of a Twitter exchange that happened a few weeks back. OMG!!!!!! I was sooooooooo in love with Jon Stewart!!!! Hahhahaaaa! I would stay up late to watch him and be dying in home room the next morning! I think I remember watching this show. Wow, thanks for uploading such great music and memories!
Actually I Was There....played in bands from 79 through 93....BELIEVE me the 90's were irritating as F%&K! the 80's is where you MEAN you'd kill to go! The freakin 90's KILLED A REALLY GOOD TIME dude!!! It's NEVER been the same since!
I would to. Id kill myself if it meant id wake up back in the 90s. lol imagine that. When we die we simply wake up in an alternate reality with no memory of this shit life.
VHS Hi-Fi was actually on of the best analog recording media, quality comparable to reel2reel tapes. Unfortunately this ain't HIFI VHS 🙄😉 I had one of the best HiFi VHS recorders, Panasonic NV-F65, have a lot of music on tapes. Unfortunately the power transformer is busted and it doesnt work, dunno if I can find the spare part, but even if I could it's obsolete today 😁😉
That Les Paul is beautiful. I wish it was left handed and standing up right in my room begging me to put my strat down and play the one true guitar to bring balance to the force.

American alternative rock band based in Dayton, Ohio, consisting of members Kim Deal (rhythm guitar, lead vocals), her twin sister Kelley Deal (lead guitar, backing vocals), Josephine Wiggs (bass guitar, backing vocals) and Jim Macpherson (drums).
My aunt sang in a blues band , they played their set in a indianapolis bar. And a girl named kim approached her with a napkin "you guys kick ass" The breeders. My aunt told me about it , and asked who the hell are the breeders? lol
The drummer remodeled my kitchen. True story. Dude did a great job.
No shit? Thats rad as fuck haha

Nice! Good to know he's multi talented to boot! Dude was ferocious on 'dem skins. Cheers to you both! 🤘
Why you? Koo koo...... cannonball?
The Lead guitar made trim to my back yard, true story , excellent landscaper.
This audio is unbelievably horrible and it still sounds great!
Most of these live recordings from the 90s sound pretty shitty... guess that's how live televison used to sound
Its VCR tape warble lol. It was probably recorded over some old Beavis and Butthead or Realworld episodes.

The Deal sisters have so much attitude mixed with cuteness and talent. Wow.
The Breeders supporting Nirvana, wow that is a tour. :)
it was awesome, with Shonen Knife too if I recall
Lotta smack backstage I should think!

It was a simpler time, makes me nostalgic.
Exactly, today 's a crazy mess !!! XD
Sinbad, Nirvana, and Jon Stewart were all relevant then. Crazy how long it’s been.
Sindbad was just recently (within a couple years) hired for my wife's corporate party... Lol that guy is around!
This was like opening my high school yearbook and remembering a crush.

2020 and stills sounds the same....good. Time makes no difference if it's good.
Correct. Any time I'm asked how I know a song's good, I give the same answer.
music today just can't compare....poor kids, they have no idea how great we had it back then
Saw them at Lollapalooza in 1994. The distorted vocal intro felt like it was going through my body and made me feel like I was going to pass out.
Nah. Those were the drugs you were on. Good times!
What are you even talking about? You were high dude. You would have felt that way listening to Milli Vanilli.
Saw them at Lollapalooza too! Epic!
You were fucking blessed! That loolapalooza!!! lol 😲 luv 90's i wish i could back! 😁
I'm jealous
F yeah, I saw them 94 Lollapalooza at Harriet Island in MN. Amazing show, they blew me away!!!
Me 2! 1994 Shoreline Amphitheatre Northern Cali...so many bands were there!
Still makes me so happy. Still can't decide which of the three I have the biggest crush on
I saw them opening for Bush in the 90s, and then by themselves in the early 2000s.
Damn I sure do miss the 90's great era
Do I ever miss the early 90s, so cool and I barely knew it at the time.
Thank you for uploading this. I used to watch Jon when he was On Mtv.

Owen Quinn yeah but you can tell the source sound probably was pretty good. Surprising for a low budget MTV show in the early 90s
