Actually no, not yet but I am planning to try to transfer my art journaling style into paintings.

How do you prevent your journal pages from sticking together after you’re done?
I don’t do anything and yes sometimes they stick together but I don’t mind. I have heard that you can use some kind of wax but never tried it myself. You could also put some parchment paper in between.
