    You are killing it with these videos. I teach in a tradition block system and so I will not see my current students in class next semester. I am going to direct them to these video for a nice review. Heck, these are not just a review videos. These are actual lessons.

    Hi I have question. At the beginning we have interest rate at level r0. Let's assume that there will be positive demand shock in Economy which will lead to higher prices, higher income and higher interest rate (r1). In this situation we can use contractionary monetary policy, it will lead to initial price level, initial income level, BUT TO EVEN HIGHER interest rate r2. In my opinion it will cause another shift to the left in agregate demand curve in AD-AS model. Is it correct way of thinking?
