  • Hey Everyone! I'm Mr. Willis, and You Will Love Economics!
    In this video, I will:
    - Define expansionary fiscal policy and identify the tools that the government can use to
    implement it
    - Define contractionary fiscal policy and identify the tools that the government can use to
    implement it
    - Compare and contrast discretionary and non-discretionary fiscal policy
    - Demonstrate how changes in government spending and tax policy can drive changes in
    aggregate demand and economic conditions
    - Discuss automatic stabilizers and how they work counter-cyclically to economic conditions

Blessings, blessings, blessings, BLESSSINNNNNNGS! I know how extremely difficult it is to put together a GOOD video and present thorough economic concepts in such a concise way, so I applaud you and your team for your hard work. I have a FINAL exam in a couple of days, and now I know that I am on a good path to getting the A I want because of your videos. You cleared up a lot of questions I had about fiscal policy like "what are the effects of fiscal policy, monetary policy, and no-policy actions on long run economic equillibrium?" (The answer is that only no-policy actions have an effect on aggregate supply, because it's effects do not change the Real GDP). THANK YOU SO MUCH.
