In the Manga Marco refers to both Zoro and Sanji as the Stars. Toei added a new scene for Zoro right before Marco says the line so the translation is still correct but it is the context what was changed in the anime. Apart from that they do the scene justice with great animation.

This was talked about years ago when wano was first starting.

There are times when Luffy uses that technique, there will be references to Ace when he uses fire. But overall it is a technique that does not really make sense so I just like to say he stretches his arm will far and then pull it back wih such speed and force fire is being created.

Zoro’s grandmother, Shimotsuki Furiko, along with Kuina’s grandfather, Shimotsuki Kouzaburo, who are obviously from the same clan and some other Wano citizens, left Wano and settled down in the East Blue around 50 years ago. They either saved a village from Bandits and changed the name of the village or made their own village and called it Shimotsuki Village where Zoro is from.
