I started playing this week and goddamnit, you are helping me a lot. And this run was mindblowing. I cannot grasp how you utilize the bow so well, I can barely get one shot WITH THE CONTROLLER. Well, congrats (very late) on the run and being so helpful.
Demeter is extremely useful in high heat runs, where the chill effect is helpful for survival and the package of chill + killing freeze is a great boss killer. In speedrunning there are a few aspects that love specific demeter boons: most notably hera bow wants snow burst on every build. Beyond that she has limited use.
