This chord was always a bit confusing to me until I realized it was just a different voicing for a Dominant Chord. There are some other things you can do when playing a 7Sus chord that will help you to treat it in a more specific way and those get addressed in this video.

What setup do you use for playing background chords on keyboard while you are playing saxophone?
I program them into Logic and bounce each chord. Not super complicated but a little time consuming.
