Sir Plz help me. There are two member id's in my UAN no. . In first member id I have worked 1 and a half year and in 2nd one I have worked only 5 months EPF amount auto transfered to the new one but pension amount showing 0. Thank you sir, I was struggling for pension amount transfer, it was zero when I moved to different company, from your video it got cleared that if service history is updated correctly then no need to worry, I checked and my service history is updated, it cleared my doubt and happy that my pension amount is safe. Some info doesn’t hold true anymore. Consider I worked in company A, B and C. Company C is my current employer. EPF is transferred successfully from A to B. Now when I have put in a request to transfer PF amount from company B to C, claim is rejected saying EPS is not transferred, which means that when PF amount from A to B was transferred at that time EPS was not transferred as a result PF cannot be transferred from B to C. Service history is already updated in EPFO Portal. Now the real struggle starts since you have to request for Annexure K from EPFO to be submitted to your current employer.

Thanks for sharing this informative video. I've a query. I had transferred my PF from old to new account in 2011. The transfer process took 2 years (that era you know), and finally got credited to my new PF account in 2013. As far as I remember, the UAN got generated during or after that time. So basically, I didn't have an online PF login to check my previous PF account. No option to even download the old account statement. Anyway, the issue is, even till date, when I login to EPFO portal, neither the Service History is updated about my previous employment, nor the Pension amount is reflecting in the statement. How can I update the Service History? Any guidance/input from you would be of great help. 🙏 Thanks in advance. 🙂
Try going to epf member portal and in the manage tab you'll fine Mark Exit option. Click on it and mark your job exit according the date mentioned on you relieving letter. Read all the content on that page carefully and submit. Once submitted you can see the service history immediately or after some days.

Hi @Labour Law Advisor My service history is updated but EPS claim rejected couple of times. EPFO told that EPS service is not transferred to new account unlike EPF. There is some previous accounting issue with EPS account.

Why can't be this automated. Who doesn't want to transfer their old PF amount to new? Everyone does to manually. I think government should make some changes for automation.
It is not easy to transfer money from a Trust to EPFO. It took me 2 years. Also, EPFO took 3 years to reflect that money into my current PF account. Now My service history is not reflecting all the services. I need to see how much time this will actually take now.
Member withdrawn the pension before 9 years of Service period from multiple establishments, Now when member applied for 10C then less amount received from EPFO, When question raised from EPFO, they replied that pension contribution is calculated from period of service then. How to handle this situation and get the balance from EPFO.

My grandfather's pension amount was not transferred to new employer account and he is retired now and there is a difference of 1 lakh in pension amount received and pension amount shown in all passbooks so is it possible that the amount received is full and final or is there anyway by which i can claim that if its not the case of full and final settlement but non-transfer of pension amount
Sir, I see that my PF got transferred however my service history for employment is not updated in EPF site. I contacted EPF office & they told to contact employer. I have special case of PF transfer. I have two different UAN numbers for PF accounts across which transferred has happened. PF money is transferred to new PF account (with new UAN) from old PF account (with old UAN). But service history is NOT reflected in new UAN on member portal. I checked this with EPFO office via grievance and as per their records, service history is transferred to new PF account. UAN was introduced on 1-Oct-2014 so what about PF accounts before that, how can we get service history of the same....

My service history is updated but EPS claim rejected couple of times. EPFO told that EPS service is not transferred to new account unlike EPF. There is some previous accounting issue with EPS account.

One question sir please advise I have joined a service in 1998 and that time I contribute pension fund but when I am download passbook it shows from 1998 to 2009 is opening balance is 0 in eps 95 after that 2010 it starts shows monthly basis amount which has been deposited and also closing balance is updated as per 2009 to 2023. My question is where is my contribution money from 1998 to 2009 and how it is recover. Pf of employee and employers also shows from 1998.

मेरा पहला कंपनी में 10 साल पुरा हो गया है और मैने फोर्म 19 का पैसा निकाल लिया और 10 साल होने के कारण पेंशन का पैसा नहीं निकाला, पुरानी कंपनी छोड़नेे के एक साल बाद दुसरा कंपनी ज्वाइन कर लिया उसके बाद पुराना PF account को नया account में transfer के लिए apply किया, Employer ने approved भी कर दिया लेकिन PF फिल्ड आंफिस में reject ho gya. Stutas में already setteld दिख रहा है.
कृपया करके transfer का कुछ उपाय बताऐं .
Sir mene old Co ka full pf withdraw kr Kiya hai. But pension amount Mila nhi. Kyu ki meri total service 16 years thi. Now Maine new office join Kiya and new pf account open ho gya. Why can't be this automated. Who doesn't want to transfer their old PF amount to new? Everyone does to manually. I think government should make some changes for automation.

It is not easy to transfer money from a Trust to EPFO. It took me 2 years. Also, EPFO took 3 years to reflect that money into my current PF account. Now My service history is not reflecting all the services. I need to see how much time this will actually take now.

Member withdrawn the pension before 9 years of Service period from multiple establishments, Now when member applied for 10C then less amount received from EPFO, When question raised from EPFO, they replied that pension contribution is calculated from period of service then. How to handle this situation and get the balance from EPFO.

Sir, I see that my PF got transferred however my service history for employment is not updated in EPF site. I contacted EPF office & they told to contact employer. Even employer said before 2010 there was no concept of UAN & hence service record is missing. Please let me know how to get service history updated againsted UAN.
I have special case of PF transfer.
I have two different UAN numbers for PF accounts across which transferred has happened. PF money is transferred to new PF account (with new UAN) from old PF account (with old UAN). But service history is NOT reflected in new UAN on member portal. I checked this with EPFO office via grievance and as per their records, service history is transferred to new PF account. But when I see it on member portal with new UAN , I don't see it listed there.
Question - Will it create issue in future while calculating my pensionable service length? If yes how to resolve it now? Thanks
