      @@ThePaperOutpost I can't wait 🥰 Like, seriously, recently I've had to do some Serious Crafting (the one where you can't do any of that fun reckless abandon thing) and I procrastinated so much even though I know I NEED to do that. But today afternoon I've decided ENOUGH of that and started doing the Thing and crafting along with you helped me so much! So I'd love to watch longer videos by you 💜
      Ps. I'm making Valentine's Day journals. So many pink pages. So many. So many pastels. Aaaaaa!

    I don't have any of Edith's books. So I went on the the Great and Wonderful Amazon to check out their used books. I found some there! Of course I won't tear up the books. I will copy the pages and then tear the copies. I have bought a couple books recently to tear up the pages for my journals and I found the books too lovely to tear.LOL (2018-19 Farmers Almanac month/weekly planner, A Victorian Scrapbook) Those were the names of the books I bought I will make copies of the pages I like and use them. I really love books and find it hard to tear them apart. It goes against all I hold holy. So to speak. lol

    • @Erintube360
      @Erintube360 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Lorena - I'm sorry to tell you that both books you purchased on Amazon have current copyrights and are illegal to reproduce in any way! I know how hard it is to tear up a good book and that is why I pick junky books that are falling apart or headed for recycling because they aren't wanted anymore even though the spine is still strong and the paper is lovely.
      Look up Copyright Laws and watch TH-cam videos on this subject to educate yourself...it was a HOT topic last year.

      @Erintube360 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Maybe I don't understand, but to quote what you wrote, " I will copy the pages" means you will reproduce them...with a copy machine or photographing? That's reproducing. What Pam used is actual pages from the book she purchased, not reproductions. Does that make sense?

      @@ThePaperOutpost It's quite easy to find craft supplies here. There's one Danish hobby store called Panduro that's all over Sweden (and Norway). Most people order stuff off the internet though, but I have never done that!!! Many used to buy from Chinese 'Wish'. I really detest Wish. They shamelessly steal designs from proper brands, and a long time ago I read that many products on Wish is based on childrens labour. Many here has become aware of this and boycotts them. I really do wish we had a Michaels or Hobby Lobby in Sweden though!! :)

      Yes, washi tape is wonderful! It comes in so many beautiful designs and patterns these days! Tip: I suggest gluing your washi tape down with wet white glue or a good glue stick as it often comes off after a while. :)

      A Little About This Journal:
      This journal is meant to be explored, written in, doodled in, a place to log events or hide the little mementos of a life.
      It can be a diary, a planner, an art journal an inspiration place. The possibilities are endless and you choose its destiny.
      Thoughts and ideas can be captured and expressed. Favorite quotes can be logged and sacred papers stored. It has sundry textures to entertain your senses, and treasures secretly nestled inside.
      It is a journey of discovery of this journal and maybe even into one’s self. It is a keepsake, an heirloom treasure, something to be gifted, passed down, shared, or kept private.
      It has many tuck spots and pockets and little hideaways to house your notions.
      Journaling cards, vintage stationery and mini-notepads abound to give even more writing and journaling spaces. This journal is truly one of a kind on this earth. No two are the same.
      Each one is made individually, by myself, to truly focus on the nature and spirit of that particular journal.
      I hope you thoroughly enjoy this journal that has made its long and happy journey to you. May it bring you peace and joy. 😊

    Fantastic pages as ever! You’re brave to rip pages from that book. I’ve had it since it’s original printing after the diary was found , I have the 1977 copy, and I couldn’t do it, even if I had multiple copies. Do you know she drowned after trying to reach for a berry on a tree? She probably wanted to draw it. Really enjoyed your video!
