I'm from the UK, so this history was helpful, thank you. I find the world a bundle of contradiction. It says in the bible there is no man or woman, slave or master, nor gentile or Jew, for all are one in Chrsit Jesus. If this was really the focus, and really understood, I believe every aspect of our lives would transform as our minds do also. Slavery still exists, and many systems which have been normalised rob people of their will, freedom, and personal right to choose. This makes my skin feel like it has to be cut from the inside out. I don't understand why freedom isn't valued - or why it is implied as if people are free today when their behaviours and lives are governed by systems that act as masters insteaf of people. I am grateful for this sharing, and wish you are as well as you can be whenever and wherever you are. Thank you for doing what you do; I feel quite deeply through these videos and appreciate that people make such content.
