Caring Mother Disappointed In Son After Drug Bust | Cops | Real Responders

- Cops find drugs in a suspects car after a sniffer dog leads them to it. Before they take him to jail, the suspect's disappointed mother comes out and gives him a pep talk. Elsewhere, cops engage in a chase with an erratic driver they believe is a drug dealer. Meanwhile, officers attend to a domestic disturbance call.
Real-life officers are followed by a camera crew, cinéma-vérité style, in a gritty up-close look at police work and the consequences of crime. It spawned a number of police-reality imitators.

Well, of course. At that point, there was no chance of the police physically harming him, particularly with the camera rolling. So he could say whatever he wanted with impunity.

After seeing these moms (with 1 or 2 exceptions) and family members in this video, I am filled with regret & sorrow for every ugly word I ever said to my mom & for every complaint I ever made about her or our family. My mom & most of my family are now dead or no longer in my life and nothing I can do but feel guilty for not appreciating how lucky I was to have such a great family. Take 5 whole minutes out of your busy life right now and tell everyone in your family how lucky you are to be in it- you just might not have as much time to do it as you think you do - trust me…😢

I have lived more than 13 years of my life in use and it is still sometimes extremely difficult to stay clean...
Sending good vibes. One thing I’m discovering currently is that more people than I expected have a history with that sort of thing, including some who are very respectable and successful. They show that it’s possible to put it all behind you.
I particularly don’t envy those who had alcohol problems; it’s amazing the way it’s virtually compulsory to drink at a wide variety of functions, including those with many children attending. Plus it’s sold in so very many places (unless in a dry county; I can see why such laws exist, even if I still don’t think they really work overall).
It can be difficult man but it’s worth it. Life is better sober. We get to experience life at its fullest and naturally.
I’ve been sober for years and yes it can be difficult but the good times sober far out-way the bad times.

Good on you for at least realizing it's a problem, some people die thinking they're in the right being a user, but it's not just hurting us when we use right? We hurt everyone around us, society at large.. and of course it's still sometimes difficult to stay clean, 13 years is a long time to live life a certain way, too long to get out of that lifestyle overnight. They say if you were 1 year deep, you need at least 1 year to keep before you start seeing the light.. so hang on, man, it's gonna be a long ride but it's gonna be in the right direction. That's what matters. And hey, reach out for help, will ya? When people see a sober person struggling and being vulnerable and authentic, you may have no idea how many hands will help you up and how high. It's a beautiful thing and I hope you get to experience it, reach out, there are angels in this world.

As far fetched as stuff sounds, sometimes it's truth. my dad bought a car off of someone and months later he found a bag of weed stuffed in the backseat. My parents had never even smoked weed in their life. Glad he found out while cleaning out the car bc he probably wouldn't have been believed.
