Well Robin, scholorships are usually dependent on your documentation. Age doesn't matter at all.
Well, mam said one thing that students applying from karachi doesn't require IELTS. Is it just for the embassy to show or the university itself doesn't require it. 6:44

I'm in A-level and will give exams for 1st year of A-level in May can I apply to unis in Italy on the basis of AS grades as the A-level final year result comes in August and one will have to take a gap year.

I am sorry for such delayed response. You just need to apply for the relevent course at UniversItaly.it and select your course. There is video on my channel with the title of First step to study in Italy. Do watch it.

Hopefully, you won't be needed IELTS but again it depends on the list for visa rwquirements from the embassy. If you do IELTS it will in increase the chances to get the visa

It depends on your city and the course you select. Usually IELTS requirements are from the Consulate not the university.

The choice is yours, UK can be first option keeping in mind its really expensive and you won't be able to meet the yearly fees so we are left with Italy which pays you to study if you are able to secure for a schorloships

You still have time till March 23. You should keep a check on the universities which are accepting Addmissions. You should keep safe time for around 5-6 months to avoid any hindrances

In this case. You need to go and consult with the local commune you are living in right now. Get your certo cations attested from ministry of foreign affairs in your country. Furthermore you will need to translate all these certifications translated to Italian.
