For you to say "Salam alaikom" was beautiful to hear.not many arabs do so anymore to be honest. Not the kids nor the adults. It's super rare for me to see people outside of my family say this. I go to my Arab friends houses and I'm the one that says Salam alaikom and they say "hi momma/babba" or "hey". People don't relize how that one small word can be a huge blessing inside the home itself and between eachother. Just my little rant. I was soo soo happy hearing that. As you can see, it's rare that i do. Lol

you are so sweet. I started doing it as well. A couple years later, I noticed a lot of my siblings now greet each other like this when we enter the home. I also started to say "inshallah" to my nephew whenever he was upset he was leaving, so something like "inshallah I will see you tomorrow"... and now his baba says this to him as he leaves. So keep it up, and inshallah it will rub off on your family and you will be rewarded :). as salam alaykum ;)

Hi Amanda I love your videos😍 but I had to comment about the use of Zafron; Im from Kuwait and we tend to use it a lot in our food. Just a little tip try to soak the Zafron with a small amount of hot water in a cup then pour that over the rice before its completely done. Its going to help bring the flavor of the zafron out and let you save it up as well. 🙈✌🏼

The traditional Persian way to make the saffron is to grind the strands of saffron first and then boil it with some hot water and then pour it in the rice.

OH NOOO! the end low key triggered me! i know a youtuber who’s cats tongue got strapped in floss, like it was rapped around the tongue. obviously the cats owner had no idea it was trapped and it was bothering the cat for about a week. she didn’t eat. the owner had absolutely no idea. eventually got sick and passed away. please be careful 😭
