Oh what a delight!! I am in the hobby for 5 years, watched hundreds of hours of watch content- this is so different, in a very good way! As a huge fan of Seiko and GS, I really appreciate this inside look🙏🏻
Excellent video - and I visited here last week and found it very impressive and informative. Our tour guide, Inoue-san, was very knowledgeable and responsive to our questions. The countryside indeed has strongly influenced the dial exquisite designs. ❤😮
I love the phrase from the new President, that, for the Meister 'training successors is a mission for them.' Excellent to see you both finally get to the Grand Seiko studio.
Thank you for another interessting episode. I can only say that the Grand Seiko watches I own, is the watches I like the most and it is very good to hear the people behind the watches speak about them 😁
Thank you ! I have watched the You Tube video from Grand Seiko’s channel a few months ago. It is truly an amazing place. You have once again put out a quality presentation. Merry Christmas and happy new year from the United States. 🎅🏻🎄
I’m so excited to see the Shizukuishi Studio and hear from the Grand Seiko staff. It would be a dream to visit the studio. Thank you so much for the great tour and interviews!
I would love to visit the factory within a couple of years. First I will pickup a Tentagraph this May in Paris. I'm looking forward to seeing the Place Vendome Boutique. Greetings from the Netherlands.
Thank you for posting these conversations! I may never have a chance to visit Grand Seiko's studio, so I appreciate learning more about the brand philosophy straight from its source. Was very interesting to hear spirituality used in a corporate context.
This is one of your best videos, and Grand Seiko is unique in its uncompromising approach to quality at all levels of production. I want one! It's good to see Maru-Chan back for this episode. Thank you for this wonderful insight into Grand Seiko, Fukuda-san and Maru-Chan, and Happy New Year to you both.🙂
thank you for sharing this view of Grand Seiko studios. It seems very much like the home of a brand of such contemplation and precision and beauty - inspired by nature. Thank you, from England
GS is such an incredible brand. Compared to brands like Omega, Rolex or Tudor I feel this is clearly the best value in luxury watches currently. Hand finishing, hand assembly, and such passion. Sugoi!!!
At 17:20 I love how he says we take great care in assembling the components. Yep: that’s why many Seiko divers have alignment issues with their internal rehaut. Just saying. Now; I have many Seiko watches, mostly divers from the original skx007 and 009 Japan Market that have no issues but most modern divers do appear to have them, including my Seiko Samurai and Manta models. I love Seiko watches and having over 60 different timepieces, Seiko are still the ones that get most wrist time. I just wish they would take more time to correct the alignment issues.
Keep in mind here that this is the Grand Seiko studio, which is going to be entirely different from where they assemble the regular Seiko watches. So comparing Grand Seiko's attention to detail in assembly and Seiko's alignment issues are two completely different things. Different factories, and pretty much different companies even.
I appreciate the subtitles!
Such an interesting and special look into Grand Seiko. Thank for your efforts to bring this to us!
That was a real treat and thank you for the translation

Amazing video. Very little people know this, but Shizuku-Ishi also sells their own line of watches. I would love to visit sometime
This episode was great, seeing how they craft a GS watch only makes me respect even more the brand and i eventually want to get one.
