I landed my first nollie heel a few days ago, along with my first late flip, nollie fs pop shuvit (and 360 variation) and I've got my hospital flips on lock now :) I've progressed so much this past week for some reason!
@@ndyoyo1905 a dolphin flip is a vertical varial kick flip and a dragon flip is the 360 version. I guess you could Dolphin heel though. Either way they are frowned upon lol
Okay so I've been fingerboarding for about a month and so far I knew ollie, kickflip, varial flip and 360 flip and both 180s but with this video I just learned nollie heels in 1 day. To be honest they're more just switch heels but still. You explained this really well.
I'm super late to the party but I just now learned how to do a Tre flip because I watched you do that hand motion, as I'm learning how to do a kickflip, and for the hell of it just tried it. Did it perfect!
Wish I came across this video before I learned it 😭😭 I struggled for years but luckily I learned it when I came back to fingerboarding (after over ten years and actually bought real fingerboards) It took awhile but I took a whole week straight of just pure dedication to figure it out in my own! Once you get it down you still don’t have it down haha but it’s the most satisfying trick to land the way I do them anyway I’m noticing my finger position is exact opposite from yours… finger position that is I have my front finger in the pocket (kinda) and it’s sorta kinked but then I rest my whole back finger (aka middle finger) I have that finger flat completely straight a little before the bolts and I have them down I’d say 6-7/10 times? On a good day anyway 😂 but so weird I’m gonna try and learn them this way cause I’ve been able to nollie lazer for years and years but just nollie heel for what reason I could never do until I tried different things but damn haha thanks for the video you’ve given me so many ideas 😁

I would say kinda exaggerate the diagonal movement with ur *wrist* and once u get the rotation down, practice using just ur *fingers*. I hope this helps bc that's how i learned ❤️

Do a kickflip but kinda jolt your hand forward mid flick
If u can do a dolphin flip, heelflips are basically that but dont pull ur hand towards u
Do kick flip but flick downward at the very corner of concave/nose. I did one on accident but doing that will dolphin every time almost.
