Good looking gear! My channel actually started back many years ago with reviewing Maxpedition products, I’m not much of a fan nowadays but they’ll always be the OG of tactical (looking) hiking and edc gear in my book. I feel without Maxpedition there’s a lot of great brands today that we might not have had.
I know you're like me and have a huge appreciation for Vanquest. The more time I spend with the two brands, the more I find they are quite different. I used to think Vanquest was just a superior Maxpedition but I have grown to learn they are vastly different in philosophy and each have a different space for my needs. And it's definitely true Maxpedition lead to many companies that might not have matured or even otherwise existed.

I like these packs! I also ordered their new 2022 rolly poly belt pouch in wolf grey! Few things about the 38Liter pack. I kinda wish the shoulder straps had load lifters.! Cause to me anything over 35 Liters you kinda want load lifters! A removable (maybe even padded) hip belt would have been nice too. Cause Maxpedition used to sell padded waistbelt/sling bag wings. I get it though, keeping it simple. They could have also made versions of both bags in both sizes. Like having the water bottle zipper pockets options on both the 38 Liter and the 32L and having the zipper side pouch options on both the 32L and 38L sizes. Still i like their thinking! Nice bags for sure!! Nice reviews!
Carrying anything Maxpedition is just telegraphing more expensive stuff in the bag that someone else may deem as worth having. Particularly in an emergency or SHTF situation. I don't care how grey that bag is.
Very 5.11 Rush 12-esque looks with more features 😎

Looking to replace my Rush 24 what would you recommend?
We’re the weights mentioned? Not available in their website either.
Why does it make the crush noises?
What's the purpose on that?
Love the Legacy series, especially the Havyk 1 seems to be very nice. Functional and not too much features.
Very nice pac. Thx for sharing

Yeah, it'll be interesting to see how these perform and which I ultimately prefer. Should be fun to test!
Seems like rush 24 or rush 72...
Perfect for my EDC and travel 👍
I'm excited to get these into the field! More to follow!
I’ve always liked these bags don’t own one but they be sexy.
I'm quite happy with Maxpedition lately...I guess always for that matter, but I feel like they stepped it up a bit this year!
