Very inspiring, love your chanel. Love my dual zone Cosori. You've helped give me more confidence to use it & given me some great ideas. Many thanks indeed.
Lovely grub Kerry. When they are available, quartered fresh Beetroot roasted in the mix is a must. Sausages roasted in are also a fav. If any gets left over and it's a big IF, adding some salad dressing to it and eating it cold is lovely too.
Yummmm!!! Ourfave way to eat veggies!! I add black olives...pesto n capers to all Mediterranean veggies...onion, pepper, courgettes, celery...tomatoes...Garlic of course...lots of black pepper..lovely served with Roasted sausages...in fact...this is on my menus for this week. I always shop to weekly menus...saves MONEY n NO WASTE!!! Belated Happy New year to you and your family!!! We really loved your kind Christmas greetings!! Love n hugs. Xxx
Hi Mel & Suz!! 👋😀💕💕💕hope you both had a lovely Christmas and Happy New Year to you two lovelies🥰🥰🥰🥰ooo am loving your roasted veg with sausages, need to add that to my meal planner. I work out what meals we are having per week, do a stock take (to avoid buying twice) and shop specifically for those meals. Go around with a calculator (on mobile) so no nasty surprises in the checkout😂hope you're both ok, lotsa love Kxxxx
Lovely! We enjoy a tray/airfryer bake with sausages thrown in and some chopped fresh rosemary. A few eggs cracked on top for the last few minutes is good!
Mmmmm one of my favourites, I also have butternut, courgettes and aubergines, I usually make loads extra then any left I pour over hot water and make soup scraping the crusty bits off the bottom of my corsori pan, delicious thanks for sharing.
Hi Dear Dear Kerry, look Delicious yes bought plenty of the 15 p veg when it was on offer it keep perfect and last a good time when keep cold I away buy potatoes in large bags from the farm XxxEnjoy
Our favourite Kerry. We add sprouts, courgettes, radishes, they’re lovely roasted! Gonna try this in the air fryer next time we have them. Thanks for sharing ❤
Hi Kerry, a plate of deliciousness. I love mushrooms, anyway I can get them, but have never thought to roast them😋 that's a must. I fancy doing beetroot. Any idea if you par cook it or just peel it? Often do much of what you've done with sausages in. Always makes such a tasty meal. Can't remember who suggested it, but it's a brilliant idea. You doing a cook book😁 Good for thought🤔😊 See you on the next one, byee 👋Jen 💕😘xx
@@budgetcookinguk Sorry cannot find. It was not a vid or short. It was just in the queue as a static post with an encouragement to visit your channel and a link to it. She had just done a review on her first air fryer a couple of days ago,
The roasted veg looks so tasty, did you part boil the potatoes first Kerry,I forget the last time I boiled my veg, especially sprouts and broccoli,I was never really a fan of broccoli until I started air frying it,I love sprouts halved and bacon bits mixed through, another great video
How about celery?! I'm going to try this with a whole roast chicken one side and the veg in the other. I wouldn't have thought of putting tomatoes and mushrooms in with the root veg! Thanks for posting.
Hi Linda👋😀💕thank you for coming over! I really appreciate it. Which video of Jane's did she mention me? Would like to thank her on her vlog (thank you!)🥰🥰
Evening Kerry, Corn 🌽 and whole sweet red pepper are my favourite to roast, the peppers look almost charred and they taste bloody delicious 😋 . Roasted garlic is amazing, especially when you roast a whole garlic bulb and then rub it over a slice of toast 😋. I'm drooling here haha, it looks delicious, and I bet it smelled amazing. Have a lovely weekend, Kerry. Xxxx Jac 💚 ♥️
Hi Jacs👋😀💕 ooo I love roasted red pepper, never tried a whole clove before, when the allotment ones have fully grown I might try that😋hope you all have a lovely weekend 🥰🥰🥰
@budgetcookinguk hi 👋, ohhh, I can't wait to see how yours turn out. We all love garlic, made my own garlic, chive and mozzarella bread last night. Roast a whole clove in foil. It keeps its shape, and then you can squeeze out the clove and spread it on your toast or just do as I do and rub the whole bulb over it. 😋🤤. Harrison is back to school on Monday, so it will be a chilled out weekend. Xxxx 💚 ♥️
Hi Kerry those look lovely❤ yummy, will have to try that, have you tried asparagus? You make everything look so easy. And yummy of course. Thanks to you, I am getting braver, trying all that you show us thank you so much. ❤X.
Hi Kerry, yes i've had them a few times, they are smaller then a normal turnip, yes they are very nice. It says they don't do well with frost so needs to be picked before the first frost. I was wondering about celariac, does it taste like celery or radishes. I've never had it before, i did ask the butler's as Sharon mentioned it but they never replied.
@@SandraDent-lf4xy I've never tried celeriac either Sandra😄 but I've just googled it and apparently it has a mild celery like flavour that sweetens when cooked!! Ooo I need to try that as I love celery and def do not like radishes😋😄😋will try and grow white turnips as well!
Food looks fantastic, could be great, prior to cooking, being dusted with curry powder, chilli powder, or some other combination of spice mix, and mixed with the oil and seasoning as shown? The food definitely looks great as per recipe, presented here too, definitely making me feel hungry.
@@budgetcookinguk I wouldn't think so. They're about as dense as carrots. Maybe you could stick them in the microwave for a couple of minutes before roasting them.
I love roasted veg but I had a disappointment with mine last week, the potatoes, parsnips and carrots were hard after 30 mins on 200 AF. We were having them with sausages so by the time the veg wa cooked the sausage skins were tough ☹️☹️the other veg, peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes were fine.
Oh no Sandra😮that must have been really disappointing - did you parboil the potatoes? I tend to parboil harder veg like potatoes (unless they're new pots), I just throw in the carrots with the pots into the AF at the same time and they roast fine (if halved)
@@budgetcookinguk hi Kerry, no didn’t par boil, I chopped them quite small, smaller than I would do for roast potatoes, (my roast potatoes are always good when done on their own ) so can’t understand why they were undercooked this time.
Got to say they look good the cook does not look good eating them off the plate then licking all her fingers and then repeating this every time she ate a different veg, sorry but you should not do that even if it is only your family that your serving because with all the bugs and the different illnesses going around makes it worse, just my own opinion.
Since I kiss and hug my family on a regular basis I'm not worried, if serving to the public 100% agree Pauline. Hope you had a lovely Christmas and wish you all the best for 2024
Mind yer fingers Kerry! 🤣 That plate of veg looks absolutely AMAZING! It's 8.40am and I am drooling 😋 It would be a perfect dish to have with steak. I used to oven roast red onion, tomatoes, peppers, courgettes and sweet potato then drizzle in balsamic vinegar, but I prefer the look of yours, and I MUST try roasting it in the air fryer. I love the suggestion from @emilythefox3710 of adding beetroot. Yum yum! Cauliflower and broccoli could be a nice addition perhaps? Yummy my favourite. I would have thought you would have to do the root veg separate from the softer veg, so that’s really good to know thank you 😊
I just chuck it all in and it seems to work😀👍💕 thank you for watching!
