Before you move into a new place get a few packs of post it notes and go around and write what’s wrong and stick it to the area with the issue you’re commenting on so when they come in to clean and repair they just have to find all the post it’s and read and work on that spot until all post it’s are gone. This is most common with the interior painting of homes that need touch ups between owners but can be done with any part inside of the home that has issues.
