Bro I just clicked on this video and got super excited, I love what you’re doing , and I wish I can build my e46 for drifting like you did some day, but unfortunately where I live(Armenia) it is almost impossible to buy performance stuff for cars or they are super expensive because of transportation fees. Anyways, good luck mate)
Hey! Thank you for replying! I’d like to know your opinion, so I’ve got e46 320i (2000 year EU make) as I remember yours is 2,5 L engine, mine is 2.0 do you think I can get something that will drift, I remember somewhere on forums a guy said as long as you got 6 piston engine you can drift. Edit: Also, do you think the roll cage is a must have thing for a budget drift car?
I drift my 4 cylinder BMW e46 318 touring. 117hp. Manual transmission. It's good to drift with in the rain and snow. Very smooth and easy to handle. My only upgrade is coilovers. I have not welded the diff. But i strongly recommend doing it for drifting Helps alot. You can also strip the interior/ speakers. anything you dont need to save some weight. My car doesn't have the power to drift on dry asphalt. A 320 is enough for drifting. Power is not everything🤘
Ayy another awesome video. Excited to see the tuning video. Keep it up 👍👍
Thanks Niatross. 🙏 Shouldn’t be too long till the tuning video.

320i will definately drift. Weld the differential, pump the tyres up and send it. You don’t need a roll cage, but good seats will definately help. 👍🏻
