Then i heard my mothers voice say "I am caffeinated" and heard her cackle, her and my Grandmother always had cackles that would scare anyone but me, i am not scared but i feel this is a big game by a bored, um, spirit. My wife the next morning asked me why my mother said that she was Caffeinated and i said "i did not know you heard her" yes she said and I was not the only one she talked with, I am intrigued.

Never use an ouija board!! Especially if you’re an amateur with the paranormal. My cousins and I naively used one when we were kids at our grandparents house who are extremely religious (Christian). Long story short, chairs violently moved, a few vases were broken due to being moved and dropped on the floor, and strange noises throughout the house and attic. My grandmother freaked out, closed the ouija board, and started praying for hours on end. We ended up blessing the house and paranormal events faded away. I learned my lesson, and for those that think I’m a religious nut, I’m actually agnostic 🤷🏻♂️

You should count yourself lucky you’ve had no activity, good or bad, but that doesn’t mean they don’t work.
