- The rivalry between TSM and Cloud9 is the most storied in NA LCS history. In recent years, it’s also been the most one-sided, with TSM winning their last five playoff matchups against Cloud9 dating back to 2014. As they meet once again, this time with a Summer Finals appearance on the line, Cloud9 looks to turn the tables on the rivalry and continue their unprecedented Summer Split comeback.

Absolutely loved this. That was such a badass display of how much SvenSkeren and Goldenglue turned the tides against TSM in this series. The song they used during their sub in was perfect for the intensity of the moment. Once they subbed them in I don't know about other fans, but I had 100% faith C9 was going to win. In my honest opinion, they are lucky they even got to a game 5 with c9.
Thank God they were there to save the day, IDK about you but to me, Jensen looked SOOO tilted after game 3. U could actually feel his tilt, he looked very frustrated/scared. And blaber was looking very nervous as well.
You could see Jensen shaking with frustration during the baron fight. I absolutely agree. I think this will help him to get past that though. Knowing hes got reliable backup is a psychological relief rather than something to be scared of.
Why curse a single player when you can curse a whole team. Riot is indirectly showing us the script

I love that entrance by Goldenglue and Svenskeren: the smiles, positivity and confidence heading into game four when he says "Lets get it bro", and that moment before game five where Goldenglue pauses for a second taking in the cheers with his headset hovering over his ears before putting it on.

In all honesty, I'm happy they made a video highlighting how hype and how much this series meant to alot of people. I can't tell you how many times I've rewatched this series. I'm so happy to see some more footage of it.
Can I just say, the audio editing on this episode is top-notch. Moments like the song starting on the Swole Bros entering the hallway, and 8:34 when Silver Scrapes fades out and you just get Phreak for a second before the next song cues on GG's headphones. Excellently done.

Compare C9's pre-game 5 discussion to TSM's pre-game 5 discussion (which is shown in their TSM legends episode). Regi commandeers the discussion over his head coach and belittles the level of play, saying just that whoever gets the better teamfight comp wins. Reapered is composed, and reinforces the confidence of his players, and says "we're the better team".
And then, to make it even better, C9 builds their gold lead in game 5 almost entirely off of out-macroing TSM. At 23 minutes, the kills are tied 5-5, but C9 has a 6.5k gold lead off of 6 towers to 0.
Can we talk about how at 8:34 the music cut when Golden waited to put on his headphones, then came back in like??? YES Good stuff

Curse might not wrk since this eyes on is for semi finals. So Riot was either late or C9 asked them to delay its release to avoid the curse.
