@@emmanuelbarnabaszarurayi3806 I think we are training them to do follow up questions and styles of interviews do differ depending on the goal you want to achieve after the whole program is done , this is why there is what is called a program concept it’s designed to archive certain goals that are not uniform with that of Behind Bars or Another Chance by our parent broadcaster .We have different objectives depending on the proposal and assignments agreed with powers that be in the Prisons hierarchy . Ours is under rehabilitation program another chance is based on reintegration back into the society etc so as Behind has its own objectives carefully designed to tell our own stories as Zimbabweans but certainly without duplication of similar goals. We are naturing our own young presenters to be unique and not to be copycats as well. We are patient with them and there are on the right track. We pray that you continue to support their growth, however they can’t be like Oprah in six months. We value your Support always however don’t kill the spirit 😂😂😂😂. No one was like Tildah before so after her we should have another person . Follow up questions make it possible to get what we want and not divert from our intended goal. Our presenter did her best to make the guest feel very comfortable and be able to express himself which is one the ingredient for a good presenter.
